How can I tell the performance of an aircraft ?

Recommended Posts

Yes. Install the RCS build aid mod. Among other things, it will let you see your dry center of mass, so you can be sure the plane remains balanced as it runs out of fuel.

The radial intakes have higher drag so while it doesn't fit the F22, you can get better performance by using a ram intake in the nose instead, and you can use an inline probe core instead of the fly by the wire thingy. I think one intake will be enough to feed both engines in the lower atmosphere.

Your CoL is too far from your CoM (but you also need to take the dry CoM into account as well), it should be just behind - you can move your wings forward or add canards (not F22 like, though)

Other people will have better advice

Another option is to angle the wings slightly upwards - this will give them more lifting strength when flying straight. :)

The best way to find out how good it is is to fly it! :D
