Strange Issue with Yaw.

So Im having this issue where the Yaw keeps getting stuck, but its not completely stuck i can move the yaw and control the craft. but gets stuck causes the spacecraft to spin when Idle, after googling around I can't seem to find a solution to this problem.

You may be pressing Alt key for something during flight, wich is used to trim the craft. Alt+X is default to reset trim.

If it's not the case, and you have joystick plugged in, try restarting the game without it and see if it was the problem.

Oh so thats why. Thank you very much! I was using staging lock (alt L) to prevent accidental staging. thank you.

No that shouldn't have solved it.... Stage lock has nothing to do with flight controls.

Holding Alt and then pressing the WASDQE keys does something called trimming. If you what that is I suggest looking into it. It really helps with flying tricky aircraft that the SAS can't fly properly.

Did you restart the game at all between your two posts? If so I think that my have solved it. Restarting KSP tends to solve most little problems.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter now that the problem's gone, so I shouldn't really post here.
