He might be the hardest to scare, but a rocket that hits 200m then spins back to ground and grinds its solid fuel rockets into the planet... He didn't complain though! ;P

i have noticed jeb isnt really happy if your pointing towards the planet and hurtling back at around 4000m/s

Jeb does not like the Drop Tower ride. (3 Nacelle engines, 3 OPA fuel tanks, 3 stack decouplers to push off of the ground, half a second of ungodly acceleration.) Out of doing this three times, they did survive the landing once.

i scared him in 3 secounds only because i made it back-flip over 15 times then the module came off and got hit by the rest of the rocket... then they died when they hit the water with no paracute. ??? so you all lose!

This landing made even Jeb a little bit queasy. Too high AoA -> two of the rear mounted engine/tank combinations hit the ground and exploded. :o

I have created the perfect Jeb scaring machine. Works every time. Don't turn on the SAS. All you have to do is disengage the first stage while the rockets are still boosting at any point after clearing the tower but before the halfway mark for fuel. As long as you don't wait too long they will collide above the craft and Jeb will be scared for five or six seconds. Then just proceed as normal. Without any corrections or SAS, as long as you engage the final booster quickly, you should land a pleasant walking distance from the tower. Pleasant in normal circumstances, For some reason Jeb was waddling and complaining about his pants...

If you don't ditch the boosters early this thing will get to nearly 20,000 with virtually zero divergence.
