SPH hanger floor is black, Launchpad light on

The launch pad light is always on, SPH hanger floor is black and the craft is really white. I tried reinstalling KSP two times but that didn't work. Logs https://www.dropbox.com/s/8glfbpj3edf3od9/output_log.txt?dl=0

Please help me, I haven't built a plane for a week because of this.

If you have "Pixel Light Count" on zero in options, then raise it to 1.

Same happened to me and i made it work.

Hope this works.

(Note: I don't know how to fix the lights problem. They need to be on... maybe)

WOW! Thank you. I think I accidently turned off the pixel light count and the shadow light. That fixed all of the problems.
