So One thing that is tough to build with stock parts is an Atlas style 1.5 stage design.

These are useful when part count and weight limited.

 

My proposal is to build six of them, three configurations in two sizes.

Configurations would be two, three and four engines on the drop away frame.

Sizes would be 2.5m for 1.25m engines, and 3.75 for 2.5m engines.
