What does 1.1 mean in terms of part balance?

Did we already get some news if there are changes to the balance, especially around engines?

Last patches changed a lot, creating an interesting dynamic centered around Career, and less around sandbox. E.g. early 1.25 engines being less efficient, but cheap engines, 2.5m stuff creating a spike in cost, and aerospike/ssme-alike becoming expensive but efficient late-game equipment.

Yeah, I've heard about asteroid day stuff being adapted and added to the main game, that's what made me wonder about the other parts of the game. I think there was something in a devnote about squad doing further balancing work.
