Moving Saved Games from Mac to Windows

I've been having trouble with kern protection failures on my mac, and am thinking of moving my KSP to my Asus notebook. It doesn't have as much ram or storage space, but I'm told KSP runs better on it. Is it possible to move a saved game in KSP from a Mac machine to a Windows machine?

kOS saves some bits elsewhere if you're using that, but I'm currently splitting my gameplay between 2 PC's in different countries, and just zip up my save (which includes the Ships and Subassemblies folders) and e-mail it to myself, it all works fine.  I've not used sub-assembly groups so not run in that problem.

I have a mac with Boot Camp partition of windows... I started to play the current version in win... but when the salve game file stated to be big (more than 16MB) I stated with problems...

I follow this tutorial and transform the mac game to 64 bit

Now the stability of the game is higher than in windows.

You can move the salve game folder to every operating system without any problem...

Unless you have any mac specific mods installed, you SHOULD be able to also just copy over your whole GameData folder.... That way you dont have to re-install your mods... (Caveat: I do NOT use CKAN, so I dont know if this works with everything being installed by CKAN)

I've been switching my GameData folder back and forth between several Windows and Linux installs, with no issues...
