Help with part joints

How do I strengthen the part joints on custom parts? I am trying to make a mod with parts that connect with complete rigidity and will never bend.

For numerical joint definitions:

node_stack_top    = 0.0,  0.575, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1

It is the last number that determines strength (also the mass of the part will effect the strength too) AFAIK.
The number also defines the size of the node in VAB.

So for example, this should be more rigid.

node_stack_top    = 0.0,  0.575, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 2

But, what you are asking for is impossible, the joints will always bend at some point.
