"Resume saved" button not responding

I play KSP for maybe half a year without bugs. But today, after opening the game and selecting "Resume saved", the button looked pressed(graphics responded), but nothing changed. The menu did not open. All other buttons worked well.

 

I tried:

1) Going to main menu, trying again

2) Restarting KSP

3) Restarting computer

 

Did not work. Does anybody know any help?

Try removing the last save you used, it is likely corrupted.

Make sure the Ships, VAB and SPH folders are present, and if you have a recent quicksave you can use it to replace the persistent.sfs

Back up your save in case it can be rescued later though.

I opened the saves folder, but there is only "training" and "scenarios", but none of my worlds. Where can I find them?

KSP deleted the save because it was *incompatible*. I'd suggest reinstalling ksp.

Or, if KSP was unzipped to Program Files then Windows would have prevented the saves from being written to the saves folder, they will instead be in c:\users\username\application data\Kerbal

Tried re-unzipping KSP and it worked. Lost my data, though. I don´t mind very much as I didn´ really do that much yet. Thanks for your help!
