Running 64-bit Linux KSP on Ubuntu 14.04, propriatary AMD drivers. I have FMRS 1.01 installed. At the launchpad, the window is present and in ARMED status. After launch, it switches to Flight mode. Just over 45 seconds into the flight, the window disappears and won't come back. 

Any ideas?
