[MAC] Does anyone experience this strange graphical glitch too?

Lately, KSP has been acting rather strange on mac computers (talking about the Steam version). I put this post to unmodded because both modded and unmodded have the same issue, and I would like to fix the unmodded version first.

In the tracking center, KSP has this strange thing where when you zoom out, the planets you focus on and the sun shift to the right so that you can see your vessels orbiting nothing. On the left of the image, instead of the rest of the frame, there is a strange graphical distortion.

This is a minor thing, but could there be some sort of fix? Reinstall and verifying integrity of Steam game cache does not work.
