What are the best and most realistic mods that give you real rockets that have and are used in real life?

Im looking for realistic mods that give you actual rockets have and or are used in real life. (ex. Saturn V, Space shuttle, Soyuz, etc.)

First, mod questions should go in the Addon General Discussion subforum; hopefully a moderator can move this over.

I'd suggest looking into the Realism Overhaul mod, and the part packs it supports.

Do you just want the shape and proper proportion of these rockets or do you want realistic performance using realistic systems with a realistic solar system to fly them in?
