Game Doesn't load

My game won't load, it stops at Squad/Parts/Utility/parachuteMk1/parachutesingle

I have a lot of mods installed:

There's a file named output_log.txt in the folder KSP_Data. It would be very useful if you post a link to it here to say what's going on.

sounds like you have a mod conflict going on, but without knowing which mod is the culprit you'll need to go through some trial and error mod removal to find the problem one.  At a guess it's mod that adds a change to chutes, so try removing any mods that modify existing chutes and try that.  Then basically just keep pulling mods out until you can start, I would suggest just doing a sanity check and make sure that the stock game starts normally before doing that.  Once you think you've found the problem mod, try just installing that on it's own and seeing if the problem remains, but chances are that each mod will run on it's own, and the problem is a conflict between two mods (which makes it harder to find the problem).  

Another thought is that you might just be running out of memory during load, check and see what your memory usage is as KSP loads.

Looks like the trouble is in the CactEye mod. Try without this mod first. Next, if everything works fine without it, try to update it.

EDIT: also the RealChute mod looks suspicious. Log says: Could not find a part of the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerbal Space Program Interstellar Quest\GameData\RealChute\Plugins\PluginData\RealChute_Settings.cfg"

I removed real chute and it worked, which is fine as I don't really need real chute.

I have another problem, the b9 aerospace HX mod is not working, as in the parts are not there, the normal b9 aerospace parts are there though.

I'd recommend you to try to update RealChute and use it as it is better than stock especially if you have FAR installed.

As for B9, I think that you'd find the best help if you ask in the B9's thread.
