[CFG Question] Disabling Part Testing contracts for selected mod parts

I want to prevent parts from my SDHI Service Module Systems pack from showing up in part testing contracts.

Based on my crude understanding of ModuleTestSubject, would applying the following snippet to all my part CFGs work?

MODULE
{
	name = ModuleTestSubject
	environments = 0	// apparently this is deprecated
	situationMask = 0
	useStaging = false
	useEvent = false
}

Just don't have the module at all.

But wouldn't the contract system autogenerate part testing contracts for said parts, regardless of whether or not they have ModuleTestSubject?
