New agencies for tourist Kerbals

It doesn't seem quite right for the part manufacturing companies to be the ones who get tourists to ask for tourism. What if instead there were only one or two agencies which controlled Space Tourism and Space VIPs?

I propose the Astrocruise Travel Agency and Extrakerbin Tours.
