Maxed out flight planning (contracts)

So I should have unlimited contracts now however I have 13 going and I seem to have stopped receiving new contracts until I finish old contracts.  What is the point of unlimited contracts if the systems only offers you 15 contracts at a time?

Some contracts have a maximum allowed, like there can only ever be two satellite contracts offered or active total.  Other contracts may have limits on how many can be active at one time but allow unlimited offered.  You're probably running into those limits.

I forget where, but somewhere in the settings file there is a value for the maximum contracts that can exist at a time. I agree that 15 is a bit low, but I don't know how to change that value or where it is in the file.

Goto GameData/Squad/Contracts and in that folder is a file called contracts.cfg.  Open it and near the top of the file is the line AverageAvailableContracts = 10 // The average number of contracts in Mission Control.

Just change the value of 10 to 15 or whatever you want it to be.
