I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about.

You know, stuff like this: (skip to 30s)

Somehow the jet engines, which were stowed, caught air and started windmilling. 

Apparently turbofans don't like hypersonic air being shoved down their throats so they start windmilling so quickly that the Sim crashes. You can see the RPM buildup on the right pair of indicator bars.

Software can fail in a number of ways, but sometimes it wants to go out with a bang I guess.
