Man Rated Launchers; present and planned

Wikipedia has a good summary of launch systems, but doesn't include any info re man rating. I was going to do some research but figured I should ask here first. I'll keep this OP updated to include a summary of any info anyone contributes. I'm thinking the following is 'important'; number of crew, payload (craft + cargo/contents) ton to nominal orbit, nominal orbit parameters, propellent & engines once in orbit (e.g. Soyuz has some X m/s for de-orbit), orbital mission duration, launch inclination.

So far I only know:

  1. Soyuz on Soyuz: Now, for hire,  - I'm hunting down details
  2. Shenzhou on ???: Soyuz derivative, probably not for hire
  3. Dragon on F9: Soon, for hire
  4. Dragon on FH: Not sure if this is actually planned?
  5. CT-100 on ??: Soon
  6. Orion on SLS: Soon
  7. ???

Shenzhou flies on a Long March 2F rocket.

Dragon is not planned to fly on Falcon Heavy.

CST-100 is supposed to be launcher-agnostic, but is planned to fly on Atlas V (which has yet to be man-rated). They say it can fly on Falcon 9, but I don't think either SpaceX or Boeing are keen on that.

In the planned category, you forgot the PPTS "Federation", which is supposed to be the Russian Soyuz-replacement/Orion-equivalent. It is planned to fly on an Angara or Soyuz-5 launcher, if it ever flies.

For the rest, wikipedia is your friend. The maximum inclination is the latitude of the launch site. The dV numbers aren't easy to find, but it's usually between 500 and 1000 m/s

Did Sierra Nevada officially cancel the manned Dream Chaser variant? Or is that still a "maybe someday"? (Would launch on Atlas V.)

India has a manned spaceflight prgram, but so far it's been cooking on a low flame, and IIRC hasn't produced a finished spacecraft design.

Iran has officially announced manned spaceflight ambitions, but they've only just started. It'll be years until something comes out of that, if at all; and the first goal is a suborbital capsule a la Mercury.

They have pretty much mothballed the project, until a potential customer comes up. They fired most of the development team and have diverted all of their resources towards the cargo variant.

There's a Chinese next-gen crew vehicle in the works, but we know very little about it right now. Would involve the new CZ-7 or CZ-5 (or both) rockets becoming crew-rated. CZ-7 has been slated to replace CZ-2F for Shenzhou in the past, but it's unclear if that would happen before Shenzhou is replaced.
