Hi, I'm new in this forum and i want to lean as much as possible about everything in this society. But I have a question:

What are ranks? 

I've seen some such as Bottle Rocketeer, or Planet Surgeon bit what all these means?

If someone is kind enough to help this Newbie please tell me.

The forum will give a default 'Rank' title based on how much reputation you've accumulated.  When someone likes one of your posts, you get a point of reputation.

You can also set the title manually by editing your profile,

Greetings! You can change them in your profile settings. It's in your profie then you click Edit Profile, as seen here:
