KSP theme - Update!

Ahoyhoy. I posted earlier about making music for KSP, and here is a short snippet of our take on the main title theme (still very much under development!). We have Andrew Lloyd Webber on board, and he is determined to make this thing a reality.

Sounds really good, I like the dramatic tone. Also, it fits pretty well with the music from the credits in my opinion.

So far really like it. When it is done, we should host it for the dev\'s if they like it and you should post up a challenge for a ksp trailer matched to the music! I would love to be able to use the tune to do a video.

Nice, but to be honest, I really like the current KSP credit tune, it has a definite/catchy tune. Doesn\'t mean to say this tune could not be used anywhere else such as on lift-off.

hi, good song, i just dont feel like it is a Theme song, thats becuse there is not realy a theme to remember, couple of good melodies here and there, but not 1 that you hear over and over , so it sticks on your head.

think of other great theme songs, you can always sing the main theme.

its a good tune, can fit the game, but just not like the theme song.

I love it, reminds me of the theme to the 90s TV show The Cape - A drama set in the Cape Canaveral space sentre. Ah takes me back to my youth!

Seems both militaristic and sentimental at the start, easing into something not quite operatic enough to be Star-Trekky toward the end. It needs a bit less of the drum rolls and more James Brown style funk horns.

The first 4 seconds I didn\'t really like. It made me think it was going to be real cheesy and kinda like it was trying too hard.

Of course the rest of the song proved me wrong, but those first 4 seconds were kinda like 'Oh god...'
