The icon for Docking Port Alignment Indicator has disappeared with KSP v 1.1.0.1230

My KSP was just updated to version 1.1.0.1230 (April 19, 2016).  I no longer saw the icon for Docking Port Alignment Indicator.  I reinstalled the mod, but still no icon.  I ran KSP in 32-bit mode and 64-bit mode, and it didn't matter - no icon.  Does anyone have any advice?  I noticed the icons are now arranged vertically at the top of the right side of the screen.  They used to be arranged horizontally at the top of the screen at the right.  I don't know if that makes any difference.

Version 1.1 of KSP requires that virtually all mod plugins need to be rebuilt for it.  You should check the forum thread of the mod concerned and see if there is a 1.1 compatible version available yet.  If there isn't then you will either need to remove the mod for the time being or roll back your KSP to the "previous stable release".
