KSP launches on Win 10/1511 32 but crashes if I have a ship with more than 5 parts or so

It just crashes with no error message and NO crash dump. I'm trying to reinstall now. (at 88%, 2.7MB/s - usually would be much faster at 6-7)

I've checkd there is no crash dump

Obviously because I have a 64 bit processor (AMD Athlon X4 B50 - upgraded via ASUS Core Unlocker from a X2 550) and Windows 10 32bit 9because the guy put 32-bit on my computer for some reason when I specifically asked him for x86-64)

Version: 1.1.0.1228 (Final 1.1)

Operating System: Windows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.218)

8GB RAM (processor supports PAE/NX because it is needed for windows 8 and up, not sure if KSP supports it though.)
