Mun Orbital Station Contract won't complete!

I've fulfilled every requirement apart from the one which says "Build a new station that has an antenna, has a docking port, and can generate power". I have more than one docking ports, I have so many solar panels and I have an antenna but this is on a ship which was built before everything else and I've docked it to the station. Is this why it won't complete?

KSP checks the MET (Mission Elapsed Time) of the craft, and an older craft changes the MET of the total vessel to the old MET, meaning it's not a new station.
