Many Docking-Ports result in not decoupling Ports

If i build a spacebase with many - more then 5 Dockingports - and i dock any Vessel, the undocking / decouple will not work. After chose the undocking / decouple node, there does nothing. The Vessel is always docked and the option in menu will disapear.

This problem is in modded and unmodded given.

For fast rebuild i use a basic KSP (unmodded) only with last build of MechJeb2.
