Mod to spawn from orbits

Heya,

i always had this mod idea in my head and now wanted to ask of there ever has been something like it.

As ascents and maneuvering are the things mostly done in KSP i thought of a mod, where you can spawn in Orbit.

But too dont make it a cheat, you first have to put a "test weight" into that Orbit (Kerbin, moons, plantes). Once done you can spawn any vehicle with up to that test weight in that Orbit.

 

Currently i know HyperEdit... which would be a too simple cheat.

And i know of procedural test weights... with would be a part of this mod idea.

 

With such a mod i would see a Switch in gameplay from ascents/space maneuvering  to Building and trying more landers.

 

Are there other mods going into that direction?

@siehdaaa ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads mod lets you build things in orbit and on other planets. It requires resources for building rockets, so you have to work a bit to spawn a vessel in space.
