Strange Kerbal Graphic Glitch?

Allright lads; all in the title really!

I have a modded install, but when my Kerbals all go EVA they appear to display a strange glitch around the mouth area... kind of looks like they're smiling and the smile is stuttering or flickering between a closed and open mouth (or like there are two smiles at once, sort of). Most peculiar. Unfortunately when I try to screenshot the image I cannot display the glitch. Any ideas?

This is my modlist here. In texture replacer I have a collection of various kerbal heads, with basic coloured suits (red/blue/green/black/yellow/purple).

I have this same issue. I also have texturereplacer, but I do not have any textures affecting the kerbals.

I removed texture replacer there - with Valentina Kerman on the Mun the glitch appeared to have gone. I will keep testing and get back to you!

Ok; I re-downloaded Texture Replacer (just in case I had an outdated version) and carefully added the Kerbalheads and Skybox textures back in.

So far so good - no texture glitching (nor the odd crash associated with the Kerbal sometimes exiting the craft).

Maybe it's solved itself!
