So the staging indicator never turns green even though I had a viable point of control.

On my tablet it's one line. Also for the modlist if your using CKAN you can get it to export a modlist for you it's in settings I think.

The problem is Launch Clamp related

No it isn't there appears to be random terrain that pops up out of the blue over the launch pad

I'VE FOUND THE COMMON DENOMINATOR!!  _{Like anyone cares at this point.}  It is KCT simulations that cause it.
