I Can't Transfer Crew With Connected Living Space

I can't transfer crew at my space station.  I get a message of "15 is unable to reach UPPER_CENTER."

The path is:
Mk1-2 -> Clamp-O-Tron x2 with hatches open -> Structural Fuselage x3 (Editor says they are passable) -> 
K&K 4 Ended Modular Corridor (Kerbal Planetary Base Systems part, Editor says it's passable) ->

I see you have Connected living Space (CLS) installed.  Try this.  In the CLS window. click on settings in the upper right.  then turn on "Allow unrestricted Crew Transfers"  then try the same action again.  Let me know if the problem goes away.  If so, then there is a bug in CLS.

 

That also means that you are trying to use the stock transfer system to transfer a crew member between 2 separate living spaces and CLS is trying to prevent it, as it should, but incorrectly.

Ok.  Its a bug... let me get on that.  That also means you have 2 separate living spaces... you may want to look at that as well...

Assuming that you mean two separate areas with crew that could not be crossed, I did and it was deliberate due to a lack of proper docking ports a future delivery will contain more that are intended for the tugs that are currently occupying some of the manned hatches.
