Quick Acting Airbrakes

I've been trying to make a flying wing (in FAR), and want to use airbrakes to keep it as close to the pure flying wing design as possible (asymmetric thrust control would be ideal, but I digress). The problem is that the airbrakes in stock KSP open and close far too slowly for effective maneuvering. Are there any mods that add airbrakes which open/close quickly, or that speed up the vanilla airbrakes?

try adjusting this value in the config, I'm guessing it's in degrees/sec
        actuatorSpeed = 20

Hey, if you're wanting asymetric thrust control, try Throttle Controlled Avionics, it sounds like exactly what you're looking for.
