just use imgur. You can upload it to imgur, then copy paste the link to the picture into your post via edit, and boom.

To take a picture just use snipping tool.

To my understandings...

To upload an image on forum, you'll need a link to the picture somewhere else in the internet. It's not possible to upload directly.

That means you'll need imgur if not other sites. I recommend you to make an imgur ID to post a picture here.
