x64 1.1.2- Ship falls apart on launch pad- modlist inside

Hi all, 

Everytime I launch from the VAB, the ship starts out on the pad attached to the clamps, but after it does the little initialize thing, the ship falls apart, and I lose interstage fairings/engines attached to the procedural thrust plate. This is a relatively new occurence.  Didn't happen playing with RO, but now that I'm playing without it, it seems to happen often.

Weird.  Can you share the .craft file for one of the ships you're having trouble with, so we can try to recreate the problem?
