Open Chutes visuals [1.1.3]

The chutes, both drogue and 16 when open visually look like they are in AA on speed needing a drink!

when they are open they look as if the game is on max warp though the game is on normal speed. they are jittering unrealistically compared to last patch.

Just thought you should know it looks crap imo . previous version looked good, chute opens, nice and slow and wavey.
