[Solved] TT18A launch stability enhancer

Recommended Posts

Definitely just you. I haven't even played 1.1.3 yet (waiting for all the RO/RSS/RP-0 stuff to get updated) and I can safely assure you that if that problem actually existed, it would've been caught in Q&A and more people would've been complaining about it. Check your staging.

Do you use the EPL mod? If so remove it until it's updated.

And if so, taniwha is working on it.

if not then I have no idea, EPL caused this issue for me, because it modifies the clamps. and once removed I have no problem with the clamps. I had no issue in stock or with a fairly modded install so it's got to be something non stock.

And yes I know this is the unmodded section. But the op never said if they used mods, and it was moved here by the moderators.

Hevak, sounds like it.

Since I restarted a new career (again) after v1.1.3 and using only stock parts, at least for the beginning, I tought it wasn't mod related, my mistake.

From EPL forum.

Actually, the staging issue is unrelated (and was present in 1.1.2, just not obvious).

The problem with the launch clamps is indeed EL's fault, but for a very different reason: EL replaces the default launch clamp module with its own via MM (to get correct extension on uneven ground). Because EL is not loading properly, the launch clamps have no working module and thus do not work.
