Why bring up a new one when you can just print the tools you need directly on the station? There was an articke how Lowe's and one of the 3-D printer companies had already sponsored a test on the ISS that was successful. I can post the article, if you like...

Yeah, it's funny to watch, but that thing is gonna be in a low, highly inclined orbit for a long time. It's dangerous to other spacecraft, especially since I doubt it has any kind of tracking antenna on it.

It reentered in a few months, if I recall correctly. It's just a bag in LEO.

It is going to take a while before that becomes a fully functional replacement for bringing up tools.
