Rotating parts

Hi! How do Iget the Rotating  Hub to move? I tried attaching it on the spindle, but it doesn't move.

Sounds like you are using a mod as there are no moving/rotating parts like that in stock.

You'd have better luck asking for help in the relevant mod thread for whatever mod you are using.

"The rotating hub"??? "The spindle"??? No rotating hubs or spindles in the stock game.
If you're talking about a mod, and I guess you are, it helps a lot if you tell us which one. Even more helpful are screenshots of what you've build and tried thus far and where you're running into trouble.
