I'm thinking it's scatterer, but in any case I can't Google or search up a reference to this - when warping out of orbit in the map screen, on returning to ship view, as often as not I'm dragging Kerbin's atmosphere along with me like a giant fuzzy fishbowl. f5/f9 will remedy, or re-entering LKO will "snap" it back onto the planet.

Anyone else seeing this? Any quick fixes other than removing Scatterer?
