Moving to Technical Support.

Note that you'll likely need to provide a lot more information than what you've done-- just saying "file:///..." simply tells folks that you have some crash files sitting on your hard drive, but nobody can see them because the files are sitting on your computer and aren't available on the internet.

Examples of useful information to include:  how did you install the demo, anything odd about it?  what were you doing when it crashed?  some actual content of the files (e.g. put the crash files on the internet somewhere that people can look at them); etc.

Only you can use local links like that. You'd need to upload the files somewhere like dropbox if you want us to be able to see it.
