SPH UI Flickering

when in the SPH, the parts list too the side, and the rest of the GUI elements, flicker, but it seems dependent on where my mouse cursor is sometimes, and what category im on (like propulsion, utility, etc)

it may be a bit hard too read, but i have FAR, and alot of part mods, and b9 procedural wings, and pathfinder, and a lot of other part mods and gui mods.
