[Eaten by the Kraken] Effusus - Chapter Five "Mutationem"

God, flying takes forever. Val has been flying for 28 min. Game time, but two hours RL time. Upside is that I don't have to pay attention to the plane (assuming Dangit doesn't puncture a tank or freeze a control surface).

Apparently EVAd Kerbals and landing gear don't take kindly to quickloads... AMy frame rate dropped to one frame per twenty minutes, the plane exploded, and all the kerbals shot off into interplanetary space. This might take a while...

Ugh... borked the save again. I think I can make a new chapter out of the screenshots I have though.

Damn! I know what you're going through, something like 4 out of 5 of my stories were ended by the Kraken. Thank god that it hasn't picked off The Beginning of a Space Program or The Call of the Void.

Thanks! The kraken seems to be plaguing this save. I guess the name "Effusus" is kind of kraken bait considering it translates directly to "Unstable" in latin. I might wind up "Remastering" all of the parts of this in a completely new save.
