High Res Skybox

I've seen this before and I can not find it now when I want it (of course), someone had made a high res version of the stock skybox.  To be clear, I'm not talking about fancy galaxy/nebula/etc. skyboxes (not Rearden's for example) just the basic skybox but not ugly.  Anyone know where that is?

Maybe you can try:

I'm not sure what you are saying, I'm not reporting a bug.

I'm looking for a Skybox that I have seen before, and I know it exists, I just can't find it now.
