Matuchkin
You were supposed to use a translator to find out what it says: "In this game, every player writes his post in some kind of code. The next person to post has to figure out what code it is, and write his answer in his own code. The one who posts after that does the same. Any type of code is allowed. I figure that I'm filling up a lot of space here, so I might as well stop writing. (Note: translators are strongly reccomended.)"

I never saw a section on "writing with code". Forum Game Guidelines. To Quote: (W)e have decided to prohibit the following game-types. The very short list can be found below. Moderators vs. users games. Binary, leet speak, encrypted messages, or games where you speak in other languages. Games that could turn into chat threads (such as speak in gifs/images). Tex
As @qzgy mentioned, and according to rule 2.4b (Users must attempt to use proper grammar and spelling in all messages. Txt-speak, 1337-speak and other exclusionary forms of speech are prohibited) and 2.4c (All messages outside of the international sections must be in English), these types of forum games aren't allowed on the forums. Also a friendly reminder to hit the Report button to bring possible problematic posts to the moderator's attention in the future Locking this one up.
