Where's CSS now?

Been snooping around and can't seem to find the most recent CSS thread.. oh wait it changed names recently? Either way- who's running the mod now?

Also for those of you who don't know, CSS means Component Space Shuttle. It was the longtime mod for having a realistic Space Shuttle in KSP.

Not, the real space shuttle. Not the Kerbal version.

The CSS is updated to 1.1 on SpaceDock,but the most recent version should be this
