Stock Part Resize for RSS

So, everybody who installed RSS without RO encountered this problem. You build a rocket, but then you realize need at least 9,4Km/s of Delta-V to get into LKO, So you need a ridicilously large rocket, just to get one kerbal into orbit. So is there a mod that makes stock parts suitable for RSS? I know that tweakscale could solve this, but i dont want to rescale every part, i dont want to waste all my time on that. I also want to keep things non-RO, RO ruins and limits the amount of costumization in the game.
