Facilities overview screen is black on loading

[UPDATE] - Question solved by post from Sal_Vager. Thanks for the help!

• KSP version including Windows, Mac, or Linux, 32 or 64-bit, and if it's Steam - KSP v1.1.3.1289 on Windows 7 64 bit on steam
• A detailed explanation of what happened and what you were trying to accomplish - Loading up the game and trying to play and I can interact with the facilities screen but it is black even with clean installs, deleting save files, and creating new ones but all the double click facilities screens work

Hi @kjtyteadad, your graphics card driver is out of date.
