PS4 Duna missing terrian

It's dark but it's a .06t 10 Part probe Lander.

Is this a persistent error, or one that was solved by resetting the console?

Just restarted from my persistent save. No glitch/bug. I did the same steps listed below.

The time it did happen in the video above. I flew to Duna's soi, detatched my Lander probe from my satellite. Went to space center. Went back to flying my probe. Made a Duna orbit with it. My periapis was at 20k into Duna. My best guess it started glitching around 15k above Duna. Also the game was lagging very bad at this point you can see my cursor dragging slow in the video.

This has happened for me several times while landing on Kerbin. If the ship successfully lands on the "ground", I can recover it normally. Sometimes though it just falls forever.

When this happens, I cant land anything.  I had a ship explode when landing on Kerbin.  The speed was 3mps.  I just loaded the save and tried again.
