Sounds like a lot of work to re-invent the web-browser. Especially when that would be 3 apps, not one, just to cover the most common platforms.

I'm on mobile most of the time I'm in the forums, usually phone, often tablet. If I'm on PC I'm usually either supposed to be working/on lunchbreak or I'm at home playing KSP.

The editors etc could certainly be better, I find them quite frustrating at times, but I'm not sure it needs, or would benefit from, a separate 'Mobile' version. It just needs the 'mobile bits' of the current one sorting out better.  I have a shortcut on my home screen so I can access the forums directly, so even an app icon wouldn't benefit me anyway.
