Basically, how in the hell does it fly. It looks so ugly, so what, that it deserves it\'s own rating on it.

This is obvious, how ugly can you get it, so that you puke when you see it.

3:Performance

Can you still make it fly? Work?

Well, I got this baby.

It\'s later forms, of which I have no screenshots, can escape the influence of kerbin, but they all really look the same.

It\'s able to get into an out-of-atmosphere suborbital trajectory. Just about. I reckon with a skilled pilot it could achieve low orbit.

An old one, made in 0.15.

Horizontal takeoff, vertical landing, capable of suborbital flight... sometimes.

This thing was almost worthy of a challenge thread all by itself. Anybody who can land it after the SRBs have been fired is a fine pilot indeed.
