So, Pros/Cons to upgrading your Unity to 5.4.0 for deving for 1.2??

Title pretty much says its all...

I know there were people still using Unity 4 for deving for 1.1.3, which supposedly, the PartTools were best with Unity 5.2.4...

I see KSP 1.2 is using Unity 5.4.0...

So, please discuss which version of Unity should be used for 1.2, and why/why not...

I've been using 5.4.1 of late, and the only thing I can't do is get colour animations (such as emissives) to work on parts in the game; other than that, no troubles.
