You know how many mods there are?  I have no way of knowing what you even have installed unless you tell me, but ultimately you are going to have to remove them a few at a time until you find the right one.

appears to be one of the markers from the F10-F12 buttons. Hit them all and see if it goes away.

Looks like an arrow for CoT.

Maybe some mod like RCS build aid?

@Whovian41110,this is most certainly a debug arrow from MJ2.
In MJ panel look for "Attitude Adjustment" and and you'll see you have checked "Command Pod Forward".
