Where are the loading screens?

I know it's been asked before but where are the loading/menu screens? It would be great to be able to add or remove some of those pics. Many mod opportunities. 

Maybe if someone went back to an early version of the game to look for them? There would be less files to sort through then?

Just my shower thoughts.
